Working together
I don’t work with fixed packages or pre-defined programs.
I work with women on an individual basis, starting from where the body is at that moment. That means we don’t decide everything upfront. We first take the time to understand what’s going on and what is appropriate to address, and what isn’t.
My work is structured in phases. Sometimes the focus is on restoring stability and reducing overload. Sometimes it’s about rebuilding capacity, strength or resilience. In other cases, the work is more about long-term health, hormonal balance or longevity. The order and depth always depend on your situation.
I don’t believe in pushing through symptoms, forcing results or working against the nervous system. Not every body needs more input. Sometimes it needs less pressure and more clarity.
If we decide to work together, the guidance is always tailored, flexible and responsive. Tools such as nutrition, training, lifestyle adjustments or targeted support may be used, but never as a protocol or one-size-fits-all solution.
The first step is always a conversation. We explore whether this way of working fits you and whether I’m the right person to guide you. From there, we decide together what makes sense.
There is no obligation and no predefined outcome. Only alignment.
