I’m Lamia.

My work is grounded in formal education in hormonal physiology and orthomolecular therapy, complemented by training in stress-related health and integrative approaches. Alongside this foundation, my perspective has been shaped by years of practical experience and close observation of how the female body responds to stress, overload and recovery.

What guides my work is not a fixed method or protocol, but the ability to assess what a body can realistically handle at a given moment. I value clarity over complexity and restraint over constant intervention.

Rather than focusing on symptoms or quick outcomes, I look at the broader context. Hormonal signals, nervous system regulation, recovery capacity and real life circumstances are always taken into account. This creates a way of working that is calm, thoughtful and sustainable.

I don’t work to fix bodies. I work to understand them, and to support change only when the body is ready for it.
