Many women feel pressure to fix, optimise or improve themselves, even when their bodies are asking for something else.

My work starts by slowing things down and looking at the full picture. Not everything needs to be solved immediately. Some things need to be understood first.


How I work

I don’t follow rigid protocols or one-size-fits-all solutions. I work in phases, based on what the body can realistically handle at a given moment. This means restoring balance and stability first, then rebuilding capacity, and only later focusing on long-term health and longevity.

I work in a way that respects the nervous system, hormonal signals and real life. There is no forcing outcomes, no chasing results and no working against the body.
